In life, everything has a name. Names give things an identity. Names help us to create associations between our brains and different objects and subjects that we encounter.
Names help us to memorise things easily. so when we need to bring them back, the name is a useful trigger for that.
In Microsoft Excel we have the ability to give meaningful names to various objects that we interact with.
